Peaced Together: a peace flag project
Launched September 21, 2017 in honor of International Day of Peace
For all the talk about 'peace,' it seems sometimes we don't pause to think about what that really means, what it looks like, feels like, or what role each of us plays in helping it come about (or keeping it at bay) in our own lives, in the lives of others, in the world at large.
Peaced Together: a peace flag project - asks individuals to take time to pause and really THINK about, TALK about, PEACE, and then
Send the large panel in, and it will become part of what we hope will a huge peace flag we can fly across the Cape Cod Canal, the length of one of the Cape's beautiful beaches, along the historic 6a! Who knows, maybe the flag will go on tour...and grow longer with each stop it makes!
While you are certainly welcome to do this on your own, Peaced Together Kits are available through this website, and funds raised from sales of kits will go to support this and other projects aimed at cultivating connections, compassion, effective communication, clear-seeing, and creativity.

- design one large (8" x 8.5") fabric panel, and
- 5 smaller panels representing your ideas about and wishes for peace
